Nodular dermatofibrosis is a rare condition of German Shepherd Dogs characterized by fibromatous nodules in the skin associated with multifocal renal neoplasia. Pedigree analyses of affected dogs indicates that the disorder may be inherited in an autosomal dominant att tern.^ In this report, we describe an unusual variant of renal carcinoma in nodular dermatofibrosis.
