Semiconducting materials, based on the compounds PbTe and AgSbTe2, are studied. The following characteristics of single and polycrystalline samples, obtained by the Bridgman method, are studied: temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient (RH), thermoelectric power coefficient (α), Hall, mobility (μ), and thermal conductivity (χ) in the 100 to 500 K range. The thermoelectric efficiency Z of all the studied compositions is evaluated. The optimum Z-value is > 3 × 10−3 K−1 at × = 0.9 (400 K). [Russian Text Ignored].
