We report a rare case of this condition in a child 4 years old, with the computed tomography and ultrasound findings. A 4-year-old boy presented with a firm, non-tender left upper quadrant abdominal mass. There was mild fever and moderatee anaemia. Plain radiographs of the abdomen revealed an opacity in the left upper quadrant with calcification.
