P-wave duration and dispersion in children with uncomplicated familial Mediterranean fever

Abstract

Uncomplicated FMF children who are continuously treated with colchicine and do not develop amyloidosis have abnormal atrial dispersion and therefore seemingly have an increased electrocardiographic risk of atrial fibrillation.
