Über die Struktur des Kopsins. (Vorläufige Mitteilung)

Abstract

Abstract Structure X:R = H 2 has been derived for the alkaloid kopsine from chemical and spectroscopic evidence and by a correlation with the alkaloid pleiocarpine (IX: R = R 1 = COOCH 3 ; R 2 = H 2 ). Structures XI: R = H 2 ; R 1 = OH; R 2 = H and XI: R = H 2 ; R 1 = H; R 2 = OH, respectively, represent dihydrokopsine‐A and dihydrokopsine‐B.
