Abstract

DHA synergistically enhanced the cytotoxic effect of docetaxel in prostate cancer cells through increased apoptosis by suppression of genes involved in the NF-kappaB pathway. This highlights the possibility of developing such combination modalities for treatment of prostate cancer.
