Abstract The Authors describe a cutaneous recurrence of a thyroid follicular cancer, immediately above the thyroid nodule, in a 76‐year‐old woman with advanced multiple myeloma, 8 mo after a fine‐needle axpiration biopsy performed with 22‐gauge needles. © 1994 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
