Synthetic Approaches Towards Manzamine. An easy preparation of β-amino Aldehydes

Abstract

Abstract β-amino aldehydes are unstable compounds that cannot be isolated in pure form owing to their rapid polymerisation. However, they can be readily prepared in solution. They react smoothly with various reagents to give useful aminated products.
