Inhibition of Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-1

Abstract

The present study demonstrates beneficial in vitro and in vivo effects of novel PAI-1 inhibitors. Our methodology proves to be a useful tool to obtain effective inhibitors of serpin activity.
