Abstract

Abstract The behaviour is studied of the electron–magnon system of a ferromagnetic semiconductor in an external constant electric field and a high‐frequency field of coherent light beams. It is shown that in a field of coherent light beams the system of nonequilibrium electrons and magnons of a ferromagnetic semiconductor forms several superlattices differing in their parameters. The superlattice parameters are found to depend on the electron density, sample temperature, heating field strength, and on the amplitude and frequency of the coherent light beam field.
