In Vivo Implantation of Tissue‐Engineered Human Nasal Septal Neocartilage Constructs

Abstract

Neocartilage constructs are viable in an in vivo murine model. The histologic, biochemical, and biomechanical features of implanted constructs closely resemble native septal tissue when compared with preimplant constructs.
