Corporate Management Science Activities: An Update

Abstract

A survey identifies the extent of usage, areas of application, effectiveness ratings, implementation problems, and advantages of management science and operations research experienced by decision makers in large American-operated corporations. These results also are used to infer ways in which managers could utilize management science methodologies more effectively.
