Risk of endophthalmitis after cataract extraction: results from the International Cataract Surgery Outcomes study

Abstract

Despite considerable differences in the healthcare systems, no statistically significant difference in outcome of surgery as measured by risk of endophthalmitis was shown between Denmark and the USA.
