Impaired aerobic exercise adaptation in children and adolescents with craniopharyngioma is associated with hypothalamic involvement

Abstract

Children with CP have a decrease in aerobic capacity mainly related to hypothalamic involvement. The hypothalamic factors altering aerobic capacity remain to be determined.
