Precise Measurement of Rotational Levels of <sup>166</sup>Er and <sup>178</sup>Hf

Gamma-ray energies of the ground-state rotational levels of 166 Er and 178 Hf were precisely measured with Ge(Li) detectors. The observed gamma-ray energies are 80.589±0.005, 184.415±0.006, 280.450±0.008 and 365.777±0.016 keV for 166 Er and 93.179±0.006, 213.434±0.006, 325.554± 0.008 and 426.355±0.010 keV for 178 Hf. The rotational energies were analysed by three kinds of spin-dependent expressions.
