Abstract

SETDB1 is an oncogene that is frequently up-regulated in human HCCs; the multiplicity of SETDB1 activating mechanisms at the chromosomal, transcriptional, and posttranscriptional levels together facilitates SETDB1 up-regulation in human HCC.
