Abstract Lymph‐node cells from pregnant BALB/c mice multiparous by BALB/c males, as compared to lymph‐node cells from age‐matched virgin female BALB/c mice, inhibit the in vitro colony formation of several lines of primary syngeneic strain female 3‐methyl‐cholanthrene‐induced murine sarcomas. Colony formation of normal female BALB/c or female BALB/c x C3H fibroblastic cells is not similarly inhibited.
