Techniques for single and multiple peroral jejunal biopsy in the dog

Abstract

ABSTRACT Jejunal mucosa has been obtained from the dog by peroral biopsy using both the paediatric and adult versions of a single biopsy capsule and a multiple biopsy system. The operation of the equipment and the biopsy procedures are detailed and the application of the techniques to the biopsy of forty‐six animals is discussed.
