Temozolomide as Monotherapy Is Effective in Treatment of Advanced Malignant Neuroendocrine Tumors

Abstract

Temozolomide as monotherapy had acceptable toxicity and antitumoral effects in a small series of patients with advanced malignant neuroendocrine tumors and four of these showed radiologic responses.
