Changes in intestinal mucosal immune barrier in rats withendotoxemia

Abstract

Mucosal immune dysfunction forms part of the intestinal barrier injury during endotoxemia. The increased number and function of Tr cells as well as lymphocyte apoptosis result in mucosal immunodeficiency.
