Long-term maternal atherosclerotic morbidity in women with pre-eclampsia

Abstract

Previous pregnancy with pre-eclampsia is an independent risk factor for long-term maternal atherosclerotic morbidity. The risk is more substantial for patients with severe and recurrent episodes of pre-eclampsia.
