Defining the Ischemic Penumbra Using Magnetic Resonance Oxygen Metabolic Index

Abstract

OMI thresholds, derived using voxel-based, reperfusion-dependent infarct probabilities, delineated the ischemic penumbra with high predictive ability. These thresholds will require confirmation in an independent patient sample.
