Abstract

Shared profiles between pregnant dam and neonate suggest possible maternal-fetal miRNA transfer. Cir miRNAs are biomarkers for alcohol exposure during pregnancy, in both mother and neonate, and may constitute an important shared endocrine biomarker that is vulnerable to the maternal environment.
