We present the results of 16x10 Gb/s free space optical transmission over 2.16 km. The results show that in the normal weather, the bit error rate (BER) can reach 10 <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">-8</sup> on either sunny or cloudy days.
