FamiliaI aggregation in bilateral renal agenesis

Abstract

Two affected siblings with bilateral renal agenesis are reported. The literature was reviewed and seven families with two affected children each were found. It is suggested that this anomaly may be of genetic etiology and transmitted as an autosomal recessive disorder.
