Work‐family Conflict and Burnout among Chinese Doctors: The Mediating Role of Psychological Capital

Abstract

Work-family conflict was associated with burnout among Chinese doctors. PsyCap was a mediator between work-family conflict and burnout. PsyCap might be a positive resource to reduce the negative effect of work-family conflict on burnout of doctors, especially female doctors, in China.
