Obesity is not an obstacle for successful autogenous arteriovenous fistula creation in haemodialysis

Abstract

Obesity does not prevent successful autogenous arteriovenous fistula formation, and may protect forearm venous vessels from the iatrogenic damage that occurs before the onset of haemodialysis therapy.
