Cilostazol Ameliorates Warfarin-Induced Hemorrhagic Transformation After Cerebral Ischemia in Mice

Abstract

Cilostazol reduced the warfarin-related risk of HT after ischemia by protecting the vascular endothelial cells. This result suggested that cilostazol administration in patients with acute ischemic stroke might reduce HT.
