Prevalence of and Risk Factors for Intimate Partner Violence in China

Abstract

Intimate partner violence is prevalent in China, with strong associations with male patriarchal values and conflict resolutions. Efforts to reduce intimate partner violence should be given high priority in health care settings where women can be reached.
