We present flux-calibrated spectra for 32 objects from the Downes et al. catalog of cataclysmic variables in the 3800-8500 Å wavelength range. The stars either do not have any published quiescent spectra or have reference spectra that are only described. As with previous papers in this series, the aim of our CCD spectrophotometric observations is to confirm or disprove the CV nature of the program stars because the lack of published spectra can leave their classification as CVs in doubt. Among these 32 objects, 15 are confirmed to be CVs, while seven are clearly not CVs.
