TUMORS OF the nasopharynx often are not detected until metastases or complications develop. Most radiological studies of the nasopharynx are limited to the lateral soft tissue roentgenogram of the nasopharynx, submentovertical roentgenogram of the skull, and lateral tomogram of the nasopharynx.<sup>2,3</sup> Contrast study of the nasopharynx was first described by Rüedi and Zuppinger in 1934<sup>5</sup>; since then, only a few references, mainly European, regarding this type of examination have appeared in the world literature.<sup>1,4</sup>It has never been routinely applied to nasopharyngeal tumor survey. The purpose of this paper is to present a simple roentgenographic technique FOSSA OF ROSENMÜLLER PHARYNGEAL ORIFICE OF EUSTACHIAN TUBE for contrast examination of the nasopharynx and to define its clinical use in detecting tumors of the nasopharynx. <h3>Anatomy of the</h3>
