The impending entry of China into the World Trade Organization is expected to result in immense demand for basic infrastructure. However, the road to winning and managing a BOT project successfully in China is not easy. The process is complex, time-consuming, and expensive, and each phase9s success determines the fate of the next phase. Foreign investors must pay attention to the critical success factors (CSFs) in every phase.
