Pulmonary calcification in renal failure. Report of three cases

Abstract

Three cases of pulmonary calcification occurring in association with uraemia are described. The possible mechanisms are discussed and the radiological changes described in detail. One patient survived and showed resolution of the pulmonary calcification. In the other two cases, discovered at necropsy, the pathological appearances are described.
