Clinical Significance of Cryofibrinogenemia: Possible Pathophysiological Link with Raynaud’s Phenomenon

Abstract

There seems to be a significant correlation between cryofibrinogen concentration and the severity of the clinical signs, particularly when cryoprecipitate is composed of fibrinogen alone. CF might have a possible pathophysiological role in primary Raynaud's phenomenon.
