High-frequency dielectric measurements on electro-optic single crystals

Abstract

A slotted line was used to measure the high-frequency dielectric constant and loss tangent of several electro-optic crystals useful for wide-band laser modulator applications. Dielectric measurements were made at 0.1, 0.3, 1.0, and 2.0 GHz.
