An Unexpected Complication of Bone Marrow Aspiration and Trephine Biopsy: Arteriovenous Fistula

Abstract

This case shows that clinicians should be aware of AVF, especially in cases with refractory bleeding after bone marrow aspiration and trephine biopsy despite normal blood coagulation parameters.
