In this paper is described UWB radar for detection and positioning of human beings presented behind the wall or any nonmetallic obstacles. Radar was developed and manufactured in "GEOZONDAS" JSC. Experiments showed good results for detection of person respiratory movements and week observation of heart beating. Novelty of the radar lies in its large operational bandwidth (11.7 GHz) combined with high time stability. Novel principle of human being detection is proposed and verified experimentally.
