Observer agreement in the diagnosis of serrated polyps of the large bowel

Abstract

Specialist gastrointestinal histopathologists show only moderate concordance when distinguishing between serrated colorectal polyps. There is only fair interobserver agreement in the diagnosis of serrated adenomas and admixed polyps of the large bowel.
