en)yl thiosulfi nates, spectrophotometric method Garlic (Allium sativum) is a plant known for its antimicrobial, antithrombotic and antiatherosclerotic properties. Those features are attributed to thiosulfi nates, compounds formed in an enzymatic reaction occurring during garlic cloves crashing.
