Abstract Ternary diagrams at 30° for systems water‐sucrose and either glucose or fructose are presented. The solution at the invariant point (I.P.) contained very much less sucrose in the presence of fructose than in the presence of glucose. This is attributed to the higher solubility of fructose than glucose in water.
