Phonon frequencies from the Raman spectrum of indium phosphide

Abstract

The second order Raman spectrum of indium phosphide is analyzed with the aid of inelastic neutron scattering data, and the energies of phonons at the points X (0,0,1) and L (1/2,1/2,1/2) determined.
