Methylenedioxymetamphetamine (MDMA, "ecstasy") is a hallucinogenic amphetamine that combines the effects of amphetamines and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and has become increasingly popular in the United Kingdom. We report two cases of chronic paranoid psychoses after heavy misuse of this drug.
