Abstract

The electric dipole moment of HD in its ground vibrational and electronic state has been obtained from the intensity of the pure rotational spectrum. Its value is (5.85\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.17) \ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{} ${10}^{\ensuremath{-}4}$ D.
