Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in Adolescents

Abstract

Adolescents with less than 6 months of fatigue have a good outcome. Unexplained fatigue lasting more than 6 months has a similar outcome regardless of the presence of minor criteria for chronic fatigue syndrome.
