Abstract 13 C NMR spectra of 36 endo – endo , exo – endo and exo – exo tetracyclic fused norbornyl compounds are interpreted. Stereochemical influences on 1 H and 13 C chemical shifts are compared and discussed. Only upfield δ and ε effects are observed.
