Soft x rays have been observed from three transition radiators using 90-MeV electrons. The radiators consisted of 30 1.0-μm foils of A1, 25 1.5-μm foils of Mylar, and 23 1.0-μm foils of Be. The photon energy spectra for each radiator peaked at 1100, 1000, and 800 eV, respectively.
