Doping control: The doping level (or Fermi energy) of single-layer graphene (SLG) films can be modulated by aromatic compounds. Raman 2D- and G-band frequency sampling is used to distinguish between n- and p-doped SLG films (see picture), which result from electron-donating and -withdrawing groups, respectively.
