Familial occurrence of extramammary paget's disease

Abstract

Two cases of extramammary Paget's disease occurring in the same family (a father and son) are presented. A search of the world literature reveals no previous record of the familial occurrence of extramammary Paget's disease. One might hypothesize a linkage between genetic abnormality and predisposition to cancer because of this presentation or the coincidental occurrence of this disease in a father and a son.
