A method has been developed for doing scattering experiments inside the vacuum chamber of an f-m cyclotron. The magnetic field of the cyclotron is used to analyze the scattered beam. The spectrum of the scattered particles is recorded on photographic plates, and lines corresponding to states of the scattering nucleus are found. Levels are reported for B, ${\mathrm{C}}^{12}$, ${\mathrm{N}}^{14}$, ${\mathrm{O}}^{16}$, Mg, ${\mathrm{Al}}^{27}$, and Ni.
