ABSTRACT Video Planned Activities Training was evaluated with two parents reported for child abuse. A video training package consisting of 5 video segments that provided descriptions and modeling of planned activities and appropriate interaction skills was presented in the homes of two parents. Video training was an effective intervention, improving parent use of planned activities and appropriate interaction skills. Corresponding improvements in appropriate child interaction skills were also observed. Social validation data indicate that parents rated the video training package positively.
